edit, re-edit, send, re-send, repeat

LISC Phoenix's grant proposal that I have been apart of has been accepted by LISC National's internal process. HOOORRAAY!!! Such great news! The past couple of weeks I have been consumed with helping edit the current proposal into DOL's (Department of Labor's) criteria so that LISC National's Grant writer can compile all of it. The final Grant will be submitted to DOL September 29th! So as you can guess things have been pretty crazy trying to gather all the requirements. It has been a good experience to gain valuable knowledge and understanding of writing a grant. The end result is what will be rewarding! Send good energy LISC's way!

This entire process made possible by the above!!!

  1. What type of grant is LISC applying for? Grant writing will be a huge benefit to you! I recently had to sit in on some meetings for ARRA funding (federal grants) with the City of Phoenix, and there is a lot of paperwork associated with this whole process. Good luck on the grant writing.
